What should I do in case of an accident?
If you are involved in a serious traffic accident or collide with wildlife, always call SOS Alarm at 112 first.
As soon as you are able, contact OurGreenCar Customer Service: +46 10 166 05 55.
Does the car need towing?
Always call us first and explain what has happened.
If the vehicle is damaged, take photos and upload them under “Report Damage” together with a description of the incident.

Charging & Cable Handling
How do I remove the charging cable?

Activate your booking to unlock the car.

Press the lock icon button inside the charging flap.

Remove the cable.
-
Place the cable in the car’s trunk.
Vehicle Operation
How do I start the car?

Press the brake pedal.
-
Press the start button located to the right of the steering wheel.

Release the parking brake (placed on the right side).
How do I select a driving mode?
The stalk behind the steering wheel has three positions:

D – Drive forward
-
N – Neutral
-
R – Reverse
The brake pedal must be pressed when changing mode.
To engage “P”, turn off the car and activate the parking brake (if it does not activate automatically).
How do I turn off the car?
Press the on/off button to the right of the steering wheel.
Do not forget to leave the key in the glove compartment when you make temporary stops.
Locking & Unlocking
How do I lock and unlock the car?

The car key is located in the glove compartment, attached to a key holder.

Use it as a traditional car key for locking/unlocking during your booking.

The key must be returned to the same holder after your booking.
Charging During Your Booking
Where can I charge the vehicle?

You may charge at your home station throughout the booking.

For charging on the road, use the vehicle’s navigation system to locate public charging stations.

Enter your destination and the car will automatically display charging stations along your route.

Charging outside your home station is at your own expense.
