Traveling with pets: A guide to our pet-friendly vehicles

Which cars can I bring my pet in?
To ensure the comfort of all our members, including those with allergies, pets are only allowed in our dedicated pet-friendly vehicles.

• Identify the right car: In the booking view, you can quickly see which vehicles are approved for pets; the label "djurbil"  is displayed next to the car's registration number in the app.

• Car types: Permission to bring animals applies specifically to cars marked as "djurbil" in the app. All other vehicle types have a strict no-pets policy.

Important things to remember during your trip
When using a pet-friendly vehicle, it is your responsibility as the renter to ensure the animal travels safely and that the car's interior is protected:

• Safe transport: Animals may not roam free in the car while driving. They must always remain in a travel crate provided by you or use an approved pet safety harness.

• Protect the interior: If using a safety harness, you must also use a blanket or other full-coverage seat protector to avoid damage, dirt, and hair on the car’s original upholstery.

• Correct anchoring: Ensure that the crate or harness is properly secured so that both the animal and passengers travel safely.

Responsibility and Cleaning
We want the next member to find the car just as fresh as you did. Therefore, the following applies upon return:

• Clean after use: The car must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. All hair, odors, or other messes from the pet must be completely removed.

• Extra fees: If the vehicle requires professional detailing due to the pet, a fee will be charged in accordance with our general terms and conditions and current price list.
