Book a Vehicle, Start & End Your Reservation

We’ve put together an instruction manual on how to book your vehicle, start your ride, and end it.

Booking a Vehicle in the App

  1. Select Vehicle – Choose the vehicle you want to book.

  2. Calendar – Tap the calendar icon to select the date and time for your reservation.

  3. Plus/Minus – Tap the plus (+) or minus (-) icon to add or remove 30 minutes from your booking.

  4. Create Your Booking – Tap "Create Booking" to confirm.



Drive – How to Start Your Ride

  1. When your reservation time begins, a green button labeled "Unlock and Start" will appear in the app.

  2. When you are next to your vehicle, tap "Unlock and Start" to unlock it.

 

Vehicle Inspection & Preparing for Departure

  1. Perform a damage inspection of the vehicle. Check for any damages on the exterior and interior, and ensure that nothing is missing. (Report any damages by tapping the "Report Damage" button.)

  2. Unplug the charging cable from your vehicle. Note that you may need to press a button to release the cable. Sometimes, the button is located inside the car, and sometimes it is near the charging port. You can find specific instructions for your vehicle in its user manual. Search for your vehicle's name in our support section to access the relevant guide.

⚠ IMPORTANT: Always bring the charging cable with you by placing it in the trunk before departure.

Supported Vehicles: Tesla, Leaf, Zoe52, ID3, ID4, Megane.

Ending Your Ride

When you’ve parked your vehicle in its original parking spot and are ready to end your ride, please follow these steps:

  1. Return the car key to its original location.

  2. Plug in the charging cable and ensure the vehicle is charging.

    • Use any accessories (noted in the app) to initiate the charging process.

  3. Inspect the vehicle for any damages and report them through the app.

    • Go to “Report Damage” under your booking.

    • Take pictures of any damages and upload them, along with a description of what happened.

  4. Take any trash with you.

  5. Tap “End” to complete your booking.

Final Check

Make sure the vehicle is actually locked by double-checking in the app and ensuring that the vehicle's doors are locked.
