Invoice and Payment
When you rent a vehicle through us, we will send an invoice to your email. Below are the answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding payment and invoicing.
When you become a member, you register an email address and a payment card. After using our vehicles, you will receive an invoice for the amount at the beginning of the following month.
If you have enough balance on your payment card to cover the invoice amount, we will automatically charge it on the due date, the 27th. If you wish to make a payment before the due date, you can easily click "Pay" at the bottom of the invoice and follow your bank’s instructions for online purchases to pay your invoice.
At the bottom of your invoice, you can also view your registered card and update your card details.
Currently, we only offer card payments as a payment method.
