For minor accidents and damages

In the “My reservations” section, click on “Report Damage.” Take pictures if there is any damage and upload them. In the text box, describe what happened and provide the vehicle’s ID.

Safety

Handle the bike and its accessories with care to increase safety and extend the lifespan of your bike.
Always check the bike before departure to reduce the risk of injury to yourself or others in traffic.
Check tire pressure and ensure no parts are loose or damaged.

Before Departure

  1. Make sure you have read and understood the terms of use and instructions.

  2. Unlock the bike using the app. Ensure no spoke interferes with the metal lock ring.

  3. Gently unplug the charging cable.

  4. Take the chain with you to securely lock the bike during your trip.

  5. Activate the bike’s motor by holding the power button on the left handlebar. If nothing happens, check that the button under the battery is ON and not OFF.

  6. Release the parking brake by holding in the left handbrake and then releasing it.



During the Journey

  • Handle the bike carefully and stay focused on traffic.

  • Park the bike considerately! Lock the bike with both the chain and the frame lock, and secure it to a fixed object using the chain.

  • Change the lock mode on the bike's lock through the app by pressing "Lock/Unlock," not "End reservation." Ensure no spoke interferes with the metal lock ring.

  • When riding in the dark - press the light button on the handlebar to turn on the lights, if they are not automatically turned on.

 

Ending the reservation

  1. Park the bike in the designated area of the vehicle pool.

  2. Thread the chain through the ground loop and the bike’s wheel, then secure the end to the frame lock.

  3. Plug the bike in to charge.

  4. Carefully check that no spoke is in the way of the metal lock ring on the frame lock.

  5. End the reservation in the app and make sure the bike is locked.

  6. Take any trash with you.
