In case of a serious accident

Minor accidents and damages
Under “My bookings”, click “Report damage”.
Take photos if any damage has occurred and upload them. In the text box, describe what happened and include the vehicle’s registration number.
Safety
Handle the bike and its accessories carefully to increase both safety and the lifespan of your bike.
Always check the bike before departure to reduce the risk of injury to yourself or others in traffic. Check tire pressure and make sure that no parts are loose or damaged.
Bring the chain lock with you to secure the bike properly when parked.

Before departure

Make sure you have read and understood the user terms and instructions.

Unlock the bike using the app. Ensure that no spoke interferes with the locking bar.

Carefully unplug the charging cable.

Bring the chain lock to secure the bike during your ride.

Turn on the electric system by pressing the button on the bike’s battery, then the start button on the handlebar.

Release the parking brake by pressing and then releasing the left handbrake.

During your ride

Handle the bike gently and focus on traffic.

Park the bike considerately! Lock it using both the frame lock and the chain, anchoring it to a fixed object.

Change the bike’s lock mode in the app by pressing “Lock/Unlock”, not “End booking”. Make sure no spoke interferes with the metal bar.

When riding in the dark, press the light button on the handlebar to turn on the lights.
End your booking

Park the bike in its designated space in the vehicle pool.

Thread the chain through the ground anchor and the bike’s wheel, and attach the end to the frame lock.

Plug the bike in for charging.

Double-check that no spoke is blocking the metal bar of the frame lock.

End your booking in the app and ensure that the bike is locked before leaving.

Take any trash with you.
