In case of a serious accident

Minor accidents and damages

Under “My bookings”, click “Report damage”.
If damage has occurred, take photos and upload them. In the text box, describe what happened and include the vehicle’s registration number.

Safety

Handle the bike and its accessories with care to increase safety and prolong the bike’s lifespan.

Always check the bike before departure to reduce the risk of injuring yourself or others in traffic.

Check tire pressure and ensure that no parts are loose or damaged.

Bring the chain lock to securely lock the bike.

  Before departure

  1. Make sure you have read and understood the terms of use and instructions.

  2. Unlock the bike with the app by pressing the “Unlock and start” button. Ensure that no spoke interferes with the lock bar.

  3. Carefully disconnect the charging cable.

  4. Bring the chain lock to secure the bike during your ride.

  5. Turn on the bike’s power by holding the start button on the left handlebar for about three seconds. If nothing happens, check that the switch under the battery is set to ON, not OFF.

  
  
  

  

   

  During your ride

  • Handle the bike carefully and stay focused on traffic.

  • Park responsibly! Lock the bike with both the frame lock and the chain, and secure it to a fixed object.

  • Switch the lock mode in the app by pressing “Lock/Unlock”, not “End booking”.

  • When riding in the dark, press the light button on the handlebar to turn on the lights.

  

   

  

  Ending your booking

  1. Park the bike in the designated vehicle pool area.

  2. Thread the chain through the ground anchor and the bike’s wheel, and fasten it in the frame lock.

  3. Connect the bike to the charger.

  4. Carefully check that no spoke is in the way of the lock bar.

  5. End the booking in the app and make sure the bike is locked before leaving it.

  6. Take any trash with you — be considerate of your neighbors!
