Press it down to release the brake.
How do I start the car?
Start the car by pressing the foot brake and then pressing the start button located to the right of the steering wheel.
Don’t forget to release the parking brake, which is located near your left foot.

How do I lock/unlock the car during a booking?
In the glove compartment, you’ll find the car key.
It’s attached to a key holder (note: the key must be placed back in the same way when ending your booking).
It works just like a regular car key and is used to lock and unlock the car during temporary stops within your booking.
How do I charge the car?
You can charge your booked car freely at its home station throughout your booking.
If you need to charge the car while on your trip, you can use the car’s navigation system to find public charging stations nearby.
To do this, open the map in the navigation system and enter your destination — the car will automatically display charging stations along your route.
You are responsible for any charging costs outside your home station.
In addition to the built-in navigation system, there are many useful apps and websites showing available charging stations, such as A Better Route Planner and Charge Finder (none of these are affiliated with OurGreenCar).
The connectors used for charging the Nissan Leaf are CHAdeMO and Type 2.
