Quick Guide for Parking Customers: 'My Profile' in the App
Here, we’ve gathered information on what the categories under your profile mean and what functions they serve. Learn more about how to change your license plate for your parking here!
To visit your profile, tap the icon with three lines at the bottom right of your app.
HELP:
The Help tab contains frequently asked questions, vehicle manuals, and much more.
Take a look in Help to find answers to your questions!
HISTORY:
Here you can view your booking history.
Tap on any booking to learn more about that specific reservation.
You can see the date and time of the completed booking, the number of kilometers driven, and whether you had active collision damage waiver during your trip.
PRICES:
Here you can view the price list for the subscription you currently have and the rates for renting a vehicle.
PROFILE:
Here you can upload a profile picture, change your password, and activate or deactivate the automatic collision damage waiver.
PARKING:
Here you can see parking spot numbers, change your license plate, and view your monthly costs.
